Komson Wagner has more than thirty years of experience as an electrical engineer with specific experience in project development, studies, electrical inspections, and design of electrical power systems. His electrical engineering experience include site investigation, condition assessment, analysis, planning, and design development of all phases of electrical control, power generation and distribution system including low and medium voltage systems; instrumentation and control; security and access control systems; lighting systems; emergency and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. Mr. Wagner is knowledgeable in various industry standards applicable to electrical safety, design, inspection, testing and commissioning including the National Electrical Code (NEC), applicable NFPA standards, IEEE standards, International Electrical Testing Association (NETA), Building Energy Efficiency Standards, AASHTO LRFD Movable Highway Bridge Design Specifications, FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction and AASHTO Movable Bridge Inspection, Evaluation and Maintenance Manual.
